In 2021 one of the three known examples came up for auction.  This example is one of two that are available to the public with the third being held by the National Currency Collection housed at the Bank of Canada Museum in Ottawa.

This example is believed to be the most affordable of the three known, selling for $446,600 Canadian.  This particular coin was once stolen and returned back to the owner, a famous coin collector named John Pittmann  Upon return, it was noticed that there was now a scratch on the obverse.  As a result this recently sold coin was the most affordable of the three in existence.
